Angel Tree Team Descriptions
 Prayer Team:
Pray for volunteers, families, children and prisoners. The team leader
will let you know about specific needs.
Initial Contact Team:
Call Angel Tree families to find out their children’s gift requests and
confirm information. Takes place the second through fourth weeks in
October at Bayside offices.
Administration Team:
Help prepare and stuff the Angel Tree packets that will be checked out
and possibly assist with some data entry.
Angels Out Team:
check out Angel Tree packets to Baysiders after weekend services on the
following dates:
- Nov.1/2
- Nov. 8/9
- Nov. 15/16
- Nov. 22/23 (if
needed)
Organization Team (Gift Receiving and Sorting): Receive and sort gifts back from
Baysiders. Transport gifts to storage location.
Reminder Calls:
Call Baysiders to remind them to bring in gifts and/or make special
arrangements for bringing in the gifts.
Gift Transport:
Transport gifts to storage on Gift Receiving weekends or to Angel Tree
party locations. Takes place on December 6 or 7.
Party:
Decorate, donate supplies or help as needed at the Angel Tree parties on
December 6th or 7th.
