Supporting the Homeless by preparing and serving a HOT Breakfast and taking time to chat with the guests at Friendship Park.

WHO: 8-10 people to prepare for breakfast on the Sunday evening before the event.

8-10 people to serve the Hot breakfast on Monday morning.

Sun, Mon, Jan 20-21: Martin Luther King Jr. Day

Sun, Mon, Feb 18-19: President's Day
Thurs, Fri Mar 20-21: Good Friday.  

Sun, Mon, May 25-26: Memorial Day

Sun, Mon, Aug 31-Sep 1: Labor Day

Sun, Mon, Nov 9-10: Veterans Day

Tues, Wed,  Nov 29-30: After Thanksgiving
Sun, Mon, Dec 30-31 (New Year's Eve)  

 

On the evening before the scheduled Hot Breakfast we meet at 6:30pm at the Loaves & Fishes kitchen to prepare the breakfast.

 

On the next day,  morning, we meet at 7:30am at the kitchen to serve breakfast

Loaves & Fishes

Bayside supports the Sacramento Downtown Loaves and Fishes  by providing hot breakfasts to the homeless on all holidays that fall on Mondays plus Thanksgiving and Christmas.

We will prepare for the meal at the 1321 North "C" Street Location in Sacramento on the evening before (6:30pm-8pm), and then we will serve breakfast the next morning arriving at the location at 7:30am.
